Christmas is just around the corner so it’s time to get a jingle on and get your Christmas orders in!

Place your order as early as possible this year to ensure delivery before Christmas Day!

CHRISTMAS GIFT DELIVERY

The following advice is NOT a guarantee and is based on current delivery performance. All the freight networks are under a lot of pressure and our best advice is to order early to avoid stress.

Regional Delivery and Hobart

Orders being delivered to Hobart and all regional areas (outside of a capital city) should be placed by Saturday 7th December 2024*.

Regional orders placed after this date might still be delivered by Christmas, particularly for near metro areas on the east coast but please order as soon as possible.

Metropolitan Delivery (Excluding Hobart)

Orders being delivered to a metropolitan area (except Hobart) should be placed by Saturday 14th December 2024*.  Currently the vast majority of deliveries are being completed to normal timelines. However there have been some occasional delays.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Hardcover Photo Book orders

All Hardcover Photo Book orders to metropolitan areas will be delivered by DHL courier service. If your delivery address is outside of a metropolitan area, it is likely your order will be delivered by Australia Post EPARCEL to reach its final destination.

Softcover Photo Book orders

Softcover Photo Books are delivered by a courier via the most economical route. Couriers include Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, etc.

Canvas, Standard Colour Calendars, Photo Mugs and Framed Print orders

These products are delivered by a courier via the most economical route. Couriers include Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, etc.

All other non-book orders

All other non book products to metropolitan areas will be delivered by DHL courier service. If your delivery address is outside of a metropolitan area,  it is likely your order will be delivered by Australia Post EPARCEL to reach its final destination.

PRODUCTION

albumworks production is running as normal.  While we don't expect any production delays, there can be rare delays in circumstances beyond our control.
