Desk Calendars

Desk Calendars come in 2 sizes. There is a 10 x 5” option which is printed in Standard Colour and includes 13 single sided pages (cover and 12 months). Alternatively there is an 11 x 5” Desk Calendar which is printed in Hi Colour and includes double sided printing plus a Planner page for the following calendar year. This means you get 28 pages to showcase your favourite photos.

We also offer 11 x 8” Wall Calendars and 12 x 12” Wall Calendars in both Standard Colour and Hi Colour.

Every calendar size comes with 2 format options: Classic or Smart. In the Classic format you can select a large monthly grid that provides plenty of room for noting appointments, or choose a more compact grid that allows for additional photo display.

Smart Calendars let you customise every date cell of your year. Mark important events and public holidays. You can change the colour of date cells and text or even add photos on specific dates.

You can make your own calendar online. Here is the link to start your Desk Calendar. Then choose your size and format and click ‘CREATE NOW’.

Alternatively, you can download our desktop editor by selecting the green 'CREATE NOW' button in the top right corner of our website. Both editors are user-friendly and free. Need assistance? Our helpful Customer Service team is ready to assist you by phone or email.

If you want to pick your own start date, you'll need to go with the Smart Calendar format. Once you select that option, you'll be prompted to choose which month and year you want to kick off your calendar with.

Classic Calendars will always start in January and end in December.

You'll need to pick the Smart Calendar format to add text to specific dates. Once you're in your project, just hit the 'Calendar Events' button and you can type in anything you want on any date. You can jazz it up too - change the text colour, add a background colour, or even pop in a photo. Plus, there's a handy feature that lets you automatically add in public holidays - either for your specific state or the main Australian ones.

The paper type we use for desk calendar printing depends whether you choose Standard Colour or Hi Colour printing. For Standard Colour Calendars we use a heavy 300gsm Sovereign Silk paper which is easy to write on. Hi Colour Calendars are printed on 260gsm Photo Luster paper which has a gentle eggshell finish. It gives exceptional vibrancy and reflects light evenly for beautiful visual clarity.

We aim to dispatch your custom calendar order within 7 business days from upload, but it is usually much faster than that. We recommend placing your order as early as possible if you have a deadline to meet, to ensure you receive it in time.

Delivery within Australia is by express courier. Once your order has been dispatched, allow 2-3 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas or 2-7 business days if you live in a rural or remote area. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
