How long will it take to produce and deliver my order?
Our service level is to dispatch your order within 7 business days from upload to completion, however it is often much faster than this. . We recommend placing your order as early as possible if you have a deadline to meet, to ensure you receive your order in time. Faster production cannot be guaranteed.
We produce all our products using an express manufacturing process, which means we can't speed things up (even for a fee). We then put all products through a quality assurance process. With up to 12 different production stages, at times things can go wrong and although it doesn't happen often, a quality assurance issue will generally cause a slight delay.
This is why we recommend you allow the full 7 business days for the
production of your order plus 2-3 business days for delivery to
metropolitan areas or 2-7 business days if you live in rural or remote
areas. Please note these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Orders are delivered by express courier and can be fully
tracked.
