How do I use my promotion/voucher code?

If you have a promotion or voucher code that you would like to apply to your order,  it is important to ensure you apply it during the ordering process as we're unable to apply a discount once an order has been placed.

To use your voucher code, simply enter it into the 'Voucher Code' field towards the bottom of the 'Payment' screen during the ordering process. Once you have entered the code, click 'Redeem'. This will apply the code to your order and will adjust the price accordingly.

It's a good idea to check the 'Amount to Pay' at the bottom of the 'Payment' screen to ensure the discount has been applied correctly.  If it hasn't, please check with us before continuing.

Please note that only one voucher code can be used per order. Multiple vouchers cannot be used or combined.
