How do I upload my order?

If you have placed your order, but not yet completed your upload, please follow the steps below to upload your files to us.

1. Open the editor and click the 'Open Existing Projects' button
2. In the project list, click once on the project you ordered.
3. Click the 'Send Files' button at the bottom of the window.
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click 'Start'.
5. You will be taken straight to the upload screen. Click 'Upload Order' (the first option from the left) then click 'Start'.

You will know that your upload has been received by us when we send you the next 'Order Status: Part 2 of 2 Project Received' confirmation email.
