Why can't I view my album using the albumshare URL?
If you are having trouble viewing your album using the albumshare URL, it may be related to the web browser you are using. Opening the link in a different browser can solve the problem. Are you able to try opening the link in Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to see if that works? To do this, simply copy the link and paste it into the address bar of either of the above web browsers.
If you are still having trouble, you may need to update your Flash Player as our share URL requires an updated version of Flash to work.
Please also be aware that Chrome have recently updated their privacy settings and made changes to the Flash Player accessibility.
