What is VIP care?

VIP Care is a service offered by our team of specialised staff at albumworks who will carefully check through your order for any of the following issues:


  • Image quality - dark images - grainy images - low quality images -

  • Layout of images on each page - ensuring images are aligned appropriately

  • Layout of text on each page - ensuring there will be no text cut off

  • Font selection and font size

  • Blank pages

  • Blank image boxes

  • Blank text boxes

  • Cover image alignment

  • Cover and spine text alignment and size

  • …. and much more*


If you select VIP Care, when you upload your Project it is automatically placed on hold and our team alerted to review your Project and design.  We will analyse your project and after completing send you a VIP Care report outlining our feedback, any errors and a detailed explanation on how to easily correct these if you wish.


Once you have made changes to your project, you simply re-submit it, we will send it off to print and it won’t be long before your perfected project will be in your hands for you, your family and friends to enjoy!

Our priority is to make all your products as fast as we can - but never at the expense of quality. In fact 95% off all items are manufactured and dispatched within 2-4 business days. However we do recommend allowing 7 business days for dispatch for those rare occasions when your order doesn't pass internal quality control.
