What will I have to do for VIP Care?

Once we receive your VIP Care order and your files are uploaded we will make contact acknowledging your

VIP Care order. We will analyse your project and create for you a detailed report outlining the errors found in your project, the relevant page numbers and provide detailed instructions on how to reopen your project to start the amendment process (we even provide editor tips and instructions on how to perform each change). Simply step through your report and make amendments where necessary.  Once complete, you simply have to resubmit your order.

Our priority is to make all your products as fast as we can - but never at the expense of quality. In fact 95% off all items are manufactured and dispatched within 2-4 business days. However we do recommend allowing 7 business days for dispatch for those rare occasions when your order doesn't pass internal quality control.
