How do I move an image in a frame?

It's best first to add your image to the page and edit your image to the right size using the right-click and the options that will appear. This will make it easier to add a frame to an image that is ready to be framed. 

However, you can use the same function of the right-click and the option of "picture scaling" if you have a frame around an unprepared image.
