Why am I receiving an 'empty page' warning?
The empty page warning will appear if you have a blank page in your album, that is, a page that has no design on it at all.
As long as you're happy with the affected page as it appears in the work area and 'Preview' function of the editor, you can safely ignore this warning and continue with the ordering process.
Please note, due to our highly automated system and variable page allowance, it is impossible for our production system to recognise blank pages that are unwanted. Therefore if you have any blank pages in your project at the time of upload, these pages will be included and bound into your album.
To delete any unwanted page spreads, open the spread in your work space, then click 'Page' from the top menu bar then select 'Delete'. Pages can only be deleted in pairs.
If you are unable to delete pages, then it is most likely because you have reached the minimum number of pages required for that album type. The binding process requires a minimum number of pages to ensure that the binding of the album will be satisfactory.
